Where will we deliver to?
We ship for free within the UK.
We can also ship internationally but please note your slackline may be split into two parcels.
How is it sent?
All goods will be dispatched via Standard Parcel.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
We post our items next working day after payment has been received, after this please allow 3-5 working days for your item to be delivered. This is unless previously stated on the item or is a international delivery.
How much shipping will I pay for my order?
Shipping is free (within in the UK).
Shipping is calculated at just under cost rate.
Returns Policy
We have aimed to show the highest quality images of products to give you the best possible reflection of the item you are purchasing. We also offer you a request & contact service - so if you are in any doubt you can ask for more information before placing your order and we are more than happy to supply you with further details.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused/unworn, with labels attached. We will refund the full cost of the product purchased, any postage incurred by you will not be refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Goods
All products are checked thoroughly before packing and prior to dispatch, to ensure they are neither damaged nor faulty. Damage can sometimes occur in transit although every precaution is taken to ensure that products are packed and breakable products clearly marked to avoid this. Any package which arrives, damaged will be followed-up with the carrier as a result of poor or inadequate handling in transit.
Should you receive your package in a damaged state it is essential that you contact us within 14 days. We will then make arrangements with you to return the goods for either replacement or full refund.
